Order Placement Policy
Before finalizing your purchase or placing your order at check-out, we kindly ask you to review your basket for the ordered item/s, quantity/ies, size/s and color/s and make sure everything is as you request. All placed orders will be followed by a confirmation email and/or a text message if a phone number is provided in the order information. If the payment is processed online, you will immediately receive a payment receipt by your chosen mode/s of communication. Upon delivery, you will receive an order fulfilment receipt that you are required to sign. We kindly ask you to keep evidence of these documents as they will prove worthy in case of future returns, exchanges or refunds.
For online purchases, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard debit/credit cards in Jordanian Dinar JOD (or any other agreed currencies) with applicable currency exchange fees depending on your country, bank and the currency exchange rates in action at the moment of placing your order and in compliance with the acting procedures of our payment partners. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. Our online payments are powered by Amazon Payment Services.
Payment upon delivery services are also accepted, either via ready money/cash or any debit/credit cards; powered by Network International. For ready money/cash orders in Jordan, we accept the Jordanian Dinar (JOD) or the United States Dollar (USD) as currencies.
Once an order has been placed, and the online payment has been issued, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order unless the order alterations do not involve any change in the total order price. This is only applicable prior to order fulfilment and delivery. For orders that are processed via cash-on-delivery payments, you may alter or cancel your order. This is only applicable prior to order fulfilment, payment and delivery. Return, Exchange, & Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where an order-fulfillment error has occurred or the product is defective.
We do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from customer mistakes (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, wrong quantity, etc.).
Exchange & Return Window
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Exchanges can be processed one time only, unless the issue is due to our error.
Additional shipping or service charges may apply, unless the exchange is due to a fulfillment mistake or a product defect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if the item is unavailable.
• Cash-on-delivery refunds: processed immediately.
• Online payment refunds: 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method.
Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Clean
• In original packaging with all tags attached
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned unless incorrectly fulfilled or defective:
• Mouth Guards
• Compression Tops & Bottoms
• Undergarments
• Groin Guards
• Customized apparel or gloves
• Items purchased in the “Sale” section
• Items purchased at discounted prices
• Orders made using Gift Cards, Vouchers, or Discount Codes
• (These can be exchanged but cannot be refunded.)
How to Submit a Claim
To request an exchange or report an issue, contact us within 48 hours:

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the item (for wrong item or defect)
Our delivery partner will collect the item for inspection.
You will be notified of approval or rejection once the inspection is completed.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Octagon Fight Gear ships worldwide with shipping costs applied and added at checkout. Worldwide shipping fees depend on the quantity and size of your ordered items, and the overall shipping and delivery time depends on your location. Overseas shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days to fulfil. Further shipping and delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Orders processed in Jordan are subject to the following delivery fees: 2 JOD (Jordanian Dinars) for orders delivered anywhere within the territory of the Governorate of Amman. 4 JODs for orders delivered to any of the other Jordanian governorates. Deliveries within Amman can take anywhere from 6 to 24 hours to fulfil, while deliveries to any of the other Jordanian governorates can take from 24 to 48 hours.
Upon delivery, you will receive an order fulfilment receipt that you are required to sign.
Octagon Fight Gear will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
